Annual Charity Bed Race
The Fort Nelson Hospital & Healthcare Foundation’s Annual Charity Bed Race started in 2006 when the Foundation kicked off its first large-scale campaign to replace all the manual beds in the Hospital with electric beds. Taking a break in 2017, we're very excited to bring this fun event back to the community to raise funds for an important project - a CT Scanner for Fort Nelson General Hospital!
With the success of the race in 2025, we're excited to continue to grow the event into 2026!

The Foundation is excited to partner with the Fort Nelson Rotary Club to offer a 2026 Duck Race, to be held July 1, 2026, at the Northern Rockies Regional Recreation Centre.
