The Fort Nelson Hospital & Healthcare Foundation’s Annual Charity Bed Race started in 2006 when the Foundation kicked off its first large-scale campaign to replace all the manual beds in the Hospital with electric beds. Taking a break in 2017, we're very excited to bring this fun event back to the community to raise funds for an important project - a CT Scanner for Fort Nelson General Hospital!

This event is exactly what it sounds like - teams from our community race hospital beds in hopes of being the race winner!
